We enjoyed the ride! Pretty dirty when we picked it up, but we were just transferring it so it’s not that big of a deal. The bathroom vent had a broken handle.

Clean up, for sure! Really is for 2 adults. Would do for a family with children on camping sites, but not for 4 adults. Would recommend the Solis for boondocking, roadtrip, state parks, city visits…sky is the limit! Thanks Indie camper!

Tires pressure was very low in all 4 tyres
Water hose too short
Front window was not clean
Remote/key battery died 3 days after we received the RV and we replaced it
RV was provided to us with with black water tank not empty
No toilet tablets were provided by company I left it in previous page

Missing camp stove from the kitchen kit. Had to purchase one which was not expected and inconvenient. Next time we will be sure to go through the vehicle prior to leaving the lot. Service was very friendly and kind. Perfect vehicle for some exploring

Unit wasn’t ready at time of pickup. Waited 1-hour while cleaning. Had to personally clean afterwards. Vehicle performed great and made for a nice overall experience. Check-in/Check-out procedures could use more focus on the customer experience.

Kitchen kits and bed are not so clean, you can see some stains on sheet and pillows The overall experience is good, but the car has some minor problems. The drain cover cannot be opened manually, there are some problems with the water inlet pipe, which causes some water leakage, and the water pressure is not very good. It still requires experience to operate this RV better.

Some small mechanical issues getting into and out of the vehicle (loose locking mechanism), so maybe checking into those. But overall very satisfied. Thought this vehicle was the perfect size for a visit to national parks.

The camper was great but there were a few things that we d like to complain about. The mosquitoe nets were broken ( sliding door, rooftent) the camper smelled moldy inside, and was heavily bruised outside (the renter before us crashed it).
But otherwise we loved it.

There were several warning lights in the drivers cockpit what showes up.
Just a bit more outfit would be good, coffee cups, blocks to drive one to balance the camper. The money worth :-)

Quicker check in process to pick up the vans Camper was good, but had to return to get generator fixed. It was quick though and will be reimbursed for lost time.
