Super Fahrzeug, perfekt für zwei Personen. Sehr gute Ausstattung, macht sehr viel Spaß! Auch noch praktikabel für die Fahrt in Städte.

We ordered 4 chairs but only got three, the water heating did not seem to work - but boiling the water via propane was sufficient since we did not use the shower. The sewer attachment was unfortunately leaking. The road support team can only be reached via WhatsApp chat. A telephone service would be better. Other than that, the local team was amazing, kind and very helpful. Amazing trip

El alquiler fue correcto, el chico del check in se portó súper bien y explicó todo detalladamente, no nos gustó que el seguro a todo riesgo no cubre por encima o por debajo de las ventanas, así que alquilas la autocaravana con miedo. Quitando de algunas cosas que no funcionaban correctamente, lo demás todo muy bien. Durante el check out de nuevo el chico fue súper paciente y explicó todo.

Other than some smaller issues like the sensors for the black/grey water did not show the correct filling state everything was great! We really enjoyed the experience! Especially the local team (Max) was really great!

Max did an awesome job of helping us with the trip. Will recommend it for sure Need 50ft extension cord and emergency hazard

Service via robotic call or chatbot is quite clunky and rarely any help. We’d much rather just call a real person to help with our problems. Practical, modern and clean. Plenty of space and a great way to travel through the great big country of Canada

The vehicle was perfect! Drives really well with great safety features. Thank you!! It was a wonderful experience and would love to do it again. Worked so well with my family - myself, husband and 15 yr old son.

Left some of the cleaning supplies in cupboards after cleaning, as well as towels from previous renters but all good :) we got to use them during the trip which was helpful! Rash was super helpful during our check-in and check-out and made us feel very welcome as well as have some good tips for onward travels! Also was helpful that he was available to reach out to during the trip! Super spacious camper with all the bells and whistles. We loved the spacious shower and bathroom and the convection oven with airfryer was a welcome upgrade. We rented a smaller Indie Van on our previous trip to Colorado and really enjoyed having the extra space. Especially the huge storage compartment on the outside - so nice to store all your outdoor gear without getting the actual van dirty on the inside which is the case if you get vans with under bed storage. Parallel to our checkout a family with stroller and lots of baby gear checked in and they easily stored all of the gear in the storage department - so super nice if you are traveling with kids as well!

Pickup and drop off was fast and simple. Especially compared to simple car rental. The place off pickup (in Toronto) was a bit rough/uninviteful, but everything worked out. We liked it. Don’t know if you do, but a internet/wifi option would be great to have available (if reasonably priced)

We would have appreciated some introduction to the vehicle upon arrival, unfortunately there was no one there so we had to do a remote check in. Mark was very helpful at check out, we were glad he helped us through the delivery process.

Clearer info on the pick-up location Trip was fantastic! Van was totally off grid ready and very easy to use. Almost brand new. Zero problem and I would do it again anytime!

When we got the campervan there wasn't any water at all which was very inconvienent for us since it was a weekend and we didn't find a place with water until 3 days later. The generator was also not working. There was a sign that oil needed changing, and they told us that the grey and black water were completely empty, but they weren't when we got it. Overall a very good experience! It was my first time driving a motorhome and it was easier than expected. The whole reservation process with Indie campers was very easy and they helped me a lot with all the process and problems that we had before getting the campervan. During the trip the RV (Four Winds) was very comfortable and it was very easy to use, and park. It has bluetooth which was great, and we got all the essential kits and we had a great time. The only things that weren't that great was that the generator wasn't working, which wasn't a problem to us since we didn't miss it too much, and they told us we would get a refund for that (am still waiting for it rn). Also, there was no water at pick-up which was probably the most uncomfortable thing for us, since we were expecting to have some water to start the trip and it took us about 3 days to get some water. We told the team and they told us that they didn't have to give us water at pick-up which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the trip was very good, the motorhome worked very well, and I would recommend Indie Campers!

Le véhicule et bien équipé, peut être revoir le confort du matelas. Et voir pour des duvets plus chaud. Expérience excellente pour notre première road trip. Merci a l'équipe. Peut ajouter différentes cartes routières, ou de prospectus pour orienter les voyageurs.

Bitte Video mit Anleitung zum Fahzeug was wir später über WhatsApp erhalten haben bei Abholung zeigen. 1 Decke für 2 Personen im Herbst ist im Roofnest definitiv zu wenig, damit wären wir nicht zurückgekommen 🤣 Hotline oder direkter WhatsApp Kontakt wäre hilfreich, ist so sehr umständlich. Hotline Video bei Abholung Bettdecken Jahreszeit angepasst

Both Pickup (checkin) and drop-off formalities were simple and smooth. Cecilia was very helpful in giving a tour of the RV at pickup. Moreover, she was available on phone to answer our queries throughout the trip. Very satisfied with the experience overall. Thanks Cecilia and team Indie Campers!
