Das Bett war hart und nicht zuvor gebuchte Gasflasche wurde entnommen, war dann doch etwas frisch im Oktober Ein nicht ganz günstiges Erlebnis, aber auf jeden fall lohnt es sich! Wir waren Happy

Im Großen und Ganzen war die Erfahrung mit euch gut. Das einzige was uns gestört hat, dass das Fahrzeug keine Markise hatte. Das fehlte auf unserer Reise. Sonst gab es eigentlich keine Probleme Camper war in Ordnung, es fehlte nur die Markise. Sollte in Erwägung gezogen werden, diese an jedes Fahrzeug anzubringen. Steigert die Qualität der Reise nochmal um ein gutes Stück!

The 2 guys were very friendly when we checked in. As we are first timers on a Caravan, ofc they told us how things work inside the car. The only thing we missed is we didn't have a blue disk (Parkscheibe) in the car. All in all it was good during the trip. All good

Please add car levelers to all your campers as a part of default set up. We had an incredible experience renting a Volkswagen California campervan from Indie Campers for our adventure through Germany, Switzerland, France, and Italy from September 1-14, 2024. The booking process was smooth and straightforward, and the customer service was fantastic—helpful and responsive from start to finish. The campervan itself was in excellent condition, fully equipped, and comfortable for our journey through such beautiful landscapes. It made our trip so much more flexible and fun, allowing us to explore off-the-beaten-path locations and enjoy the stunning scenery along the way. Whether we were driving through the Swiss Alps or parking by a picturesque lake in Italy, the van was our perfect travel companion. We highly recommend Indie Campers for anyone looking to experience the freedom and adventure of van life across Europe. We’ll definitely be renting from them again for our next road trip!

Que las guías de uso y los videos explicativos estén disponibles en más idiomas, como el español. Aunque el vehículo tuviera algunos desperfectos menores, la experiencia ha sido fantástica. Sin duda alguna volveremos a repetir con Indie Campers. El personal, tanto en el check-in como el check-out, ha sido super amable. Muchas gracias.

The pick up process was a bit messy and long, but it was not Stuttgart's team fault, but the reservations and unexpected changes The Stuttgart team is great, despite some inconveniences with the pick up process (due to reservation unexpected changes), they did a great job solving any problem that came up. The van (was in great conditions and made us live an awesome experience.

Très bon accueil. Défaut mineur sur le chauffage de l’eau. Le modèle de fourgon avec le lit sur le toit est plus agréable que celui avec les couches superposées à l’arrière.

Staff at the site was very helpful and easy to work with at both pick up and drop off. Vehicle met our expectations and was great for what we needed this weekend.

Der Mitarbeiter beim Checkin war sehr net und hilfsbereit. Leider das Auto hatte Schaden undzwar Wassertank hat nicht funktioniert. Der Mitarbeiter von Eich könnte es nicht reparieren. Also er hat sein bestes gegeben. Sonst war alles gut Es war gut mit dem Auto. Nur Wassertank hat nicht funktioniert. Sonst war alles gut.

Slow at pick up (>2 hours). Otherwise nice. Would be better with airconditioning, but ok. Enjoyed the journey :)

Le nettoyage des placards est à améliorer et l'utilisation de la moustiquaire de la porte latérales Tout était très bien. Nous avons passé un super van trip grâce à indie Campers. Pour une première c'était très réussi. Nous recommandons fortement l'expérience

Great experience from start to finish. The Nomad pop top camper we had was fantastic !! Everything worked a treat. So comfortable. We drove to Portugal & back, so we were intimate. Great way to travel & see everything. The checking staff were so helpful, Layton showed & explained everything concisely & efficiently. Thanks to the depot staff they were so friendly .

Schliessung der Schranktür kann verbessert werden. Nette Mitarbeiter.

Alles super! Reifendruck war etwas niedrig. Check vor Fahrzeugabgabe wäre hilfreich gewesen.
