Het service was nog redelijk vies toen we de essential kit ontvingen. Een automaat is erg prettig in de highlands. Het voertuig was ook makkelijk te gebruiken.

A demonstration of some of vehicle would’ve been great but everything else was excellent!

Servicio del personal muy agradable aunque algo lento, entendible debido al alto volumen de trabajo. La furgoneta pequeña es muy versátil. Puedes dormir donde quieras.

Cleaner facilities other than that it was amazing! Would strongly recommend Indie Campers to travel and see the country. The staff were helpful and the instructions that came with the vehicle were thorough. 10/10!

Vehicle model was perfect - and staff excellent, a but disappointing about outside of vehicle, but no big deal. No complaints - all good. A great weekend away booked last minute - very easy and helpful staff.

Dans l’ensemble tout s’est très bien passé excepté que lors de notre prise en charge les toilettes n’étaient pas vidés et une porte de placard ne tenez pas fermé donc assez dérangeant quand nous roulions. Nous avons eu une fuite de gaz en changeant la bouteille vide présente dans le van et avons dû revenir au dépôt pour faire réparer la fuite. Sinon le van a été confortable pour nous permettre de profiter de ces 11 jours magiques. Give more instructions at the beginning It was great. The van had everything we needed. It was our first time doing something like this and we enjoyed it realy much. Scottish landscape was beautiful

It needs to be clearer regarding the parking of my own vehicle during the hire. There was a misunderstanding, which almost ruined the trip. I hired the atlas 5 motorhome to take my grandparents around Scotland. From pick up to drop off we had a great time. There was a misunderstanding with the parking of my own vehicle. Luckily the guys managed to come up with a solution which was well appreciated. The van itself was enjoyable to drive and very comfortable for us on our 2 week trip. The other thing I would say to anyone wanting to hire the same vehicle: take a European plug adapter and a kettle. Although the van is right hand drive for the UK, the sockets are still European for some reason. Also needed a sink plug for washing up but it was a minor niggle. Overall I would recommend this hire outlet in London. Cheers guys.

The online check-in process is great where you provide all your details like DRL etc. The team were friendly but it did take us over an hour to get our vehicle from the scheduled pick up time as there was only one person checking people in and explaining the administration part of the process and rental contracts etc... They definitely need more staff to help with checking in, showing the vehicles, and cleaning, and checking people out to inspect the vehicles. The RV itself was a bit dusty but overall very clean. We got the essentials and bedding kit which was fine. They gave us plates, cups, pans and cutlery. They explained how to use the vehicle relatively well but with so much information, we learned through actually going through the process. Overall, Indie were great but definitely need more staff as it was so chaotic trying to check in and check out.

Camper in great condition, however check in process was slow. Perhaps need to spread out check in times more Our trip in the Nomad Auto was wonderful - the information provided by Indie Campers made the van easy to use for campervan novices! Would recommend - just ensure you check your vehicle is working fully (ie heating, internal electricity) before you set off, and bring a camping kettle as one is not provided!!

A la réception, le nettoyage intérieur était fait UNIQUEMENT en surface. Les tiroirs étaient plus que sales et le frigo était dans un état pitoyable. Mis à part ça, tout le reste était très bien, nous avons passé un très bon séjour! Tout était très bien, excepté un défaut au niveau des phares, et certains tiroirs/placards qui ne ferment pas correctement et qui s’ouvrent pendant qu’on roule

I resepsjonen ble innvendig rengjøring KUN gjort på overflaten. Skuffene var mer enn skitne og kjøleskapet var i ynkelig tilstand. Annet enn det var alt annet veldig bra, vi hadde et flott opphold! Alt var veldig bra, bortsett fra en defekt på frontlyktene, og enkelte skuffer/skap som ikke lukkes riktig og som åpnes under kjøring.

Les 2 bouteilles de gaz étaient vide et le ménage dans le van n’était pas super. Sinon le véhicule correspond à nos attentes ! C’était super !

De 2 gassflaskene var tomme og rengjøringen i varebilen var ikke stor. Ellers oppfyller kjøretøyet våre forventninger! Det var flott!
