We loved our Indie Camper! Would definitely hire from Indie again

We had a blast!!

We had a great trip from Redwood City to Big Sur. The Solis was perfect for two adults and a teen.

It was a good experience . But . The kitchen kit was insuffisant . WE had to buy some staffs ( glasses, plates, little spoon, bol,Big bol, balaie cintres

Great service/price deal. The RV drive was smooth and safe and all the appliances worked without major problems.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The rental was as advertised. The only issue would be with the lack of direct contact with the site location. When trying to call the company, it directed us to a number not in the US. This is not a reflection of the excellent service we received on-site in SanFrancisco.

Indie Campers was great! Everyone was so responsive when we had questions and accommodated late changes to our pickup time. They took lots of time to help us learn how to use the vehicle. The Jeep was awesome and very clean. We will definitely rent again!

We had a great trip. Our camper was in good condition overall. The oven didn't work, and the heater needed restart here and there.

Hiring an RV from Indie Campers was the ideal way to see California.

Overall, our experience was wonderful! The pick-up went smoothly, and the YouTube tutorial we watched before was beneficial when setting up the car. However, you should improve on the following: You did not provide us with a complete bed linen set. We only had one pillowcase for two pillows and for the blanket, no comforter cover, but two sheets. Furthermore, you provided us with a gas-cooking kitchen. I don't know if the gas was supposed to be in the car, too, but we had to buy it ourselves, and then, when we wanted to use it, it did not work. Here, I would recommend giving people a quick tutorial on how to use that, as we have maybe not used it correctly. Lastly, we found that we had too many tableware accessories. If the trip is only made with two people, then only provide so much, because a lot of space has been lost in the car due to the large box with so much tableware. Nevertheless, thank you for your presence and for allowing us to enjoy such a fantastic trip along the coast. Exploring a country with a van is probably the coolest thing ever. You can stop and sleep wherever you want, not depending on a hotel, just a campground where you will always meet great people. Traveling with indie campers has been such a fun thing, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an adventure on wheels.

The windows were dirty but we live indie campers! We love the company but the miles thing was a bummer

the only improvement I would make is with the San Francisco staff. they were quiete rude. whispering very loudly gossiping about us. Besides that Los Angeles has been great so far wonderful vehicle, amazing experience

Nos atendió James en San Francisco, fue muy colaborador y amable con nosotros, en cuanto al vehículo no nos entregaron el vehículo totalmente limpio, tenía algunos detalles como la bodega donde guardan las mangueras que se encontraba con residuos. Del resto todo muy bien. Fue una gran experiencia por la costa de California, nuevamente agradecemos a James que fue de gran ayuda en muchas dudas que surgieron en el camino.

Très bonne expérience avec indie Camper, malgré un soucis au départ (véhicule commandé non disponible, mais l'équipe sur place à San Francisco à réussi à trouver une solution) seul bémol véhicule reçu qui avait pas mal de petits soucis (volet intérieur cassé, rétroviseurs pas fixé, pleins non fait) mais expérience incroyable, voyager à bord d'une maison qui roule (appellation par notre fille de deux ans et demi) à sillonner les magnifiques routes américaines était juste extraordinaire. Voyage réalisé en famille avec nos deux enfants (1 ans et 2 ans et demi) juste parfait. Location de siège auto avec indie Camper (très bien) Retour facile sur los Angeles Je recommande !
