Kitchen kits and bed are not so clean, you can see some stains on sheet and pillows The overall experience is good, but the car has some minor problems. The drain cover cannot be opened manually, there are some problems with the water inlet pipe, which causes some water leakage, and the water pressure is not very good. It still requires experience to operate this RV better.

Some small mechanical issues getting into and out of the vehicle (loose locking mechanism), so maybe checking into those. But overall very satisfied. Thought this vehicle was the perfect size for a visit to national parks.

VAN Experience Fantastic ! But Indie Campers, please enhance your check-in and out steps. One video is not enough at check-in. Customers need to have a standard check-out process when returning the keys. This means that Indie Campers must check the vehicle WITH the customer, check the fuel, the propane, the mileage, the cassette, the gray tank, the cleaness of the interior and exterior. You can't say that you will receive your final report once the survey is completed ; I feel this like a scam method. This said, the experience was excellent, the staff was very kind, but the vehicle had a permanent leak on the water tank until the last third, so we had to fill it EVERYDAY in order to use the shower and toilet. The passenger belt was unscrewed and my wife hit her phone when I brake on a red signal ! I mentioned these points to Bridger Jensen who understood these very important security points and proposed to not charge the few extra miles as a compensation. Thanks to SLC Team, I think I will rent again for another trip.

Had a damaged tire before taking off. Indie team did a great job of getting it taken care of and inspecting rest of vehicle before my family headed out Friendly and helpful!

I know most people don't remove the bed mattress of the RVs, but we do in favor of our own mattress that fits perfectly. It was very clear that it has not been vacuumed or cleaned after the previous renters, but was easy enough for me to do myself before our trip. We also experienced some issues when hooked up to shore power using a 50amp splitter (2* 25A connection) which failed us numerous times during our two week trip, but this was likely our own error as it was not a true 30A connection. We were very pleased with the brand new, 2024 Four Winds Thor model RV. The boys at the shop, Jaxson & Bridger, have been our favorites in terms of dealing with for the past two years of renting from Indie Campers. They have always been professional and engaging, answering any questions or concerns we may have. They remember us, and we cherish them, and will continue supporting them in whatever way we can.

Your on the ground team is very professional and accommodating. I’ll be back again next year!!

The pump hose was broken- but otherwise we were super pleased with our rental! Thank you for such an easy rental in SLC.

The star lost for the local team was due to us returning the day after pickup due to a water tank leak and finding a note on the door to say they had been closed for the rest of the day. We came at 9am. The stars lost for interior cleaning was due to a lot of crumbs and debris in the cabinets over the back bed. Otherwise, it was a smooth trip and I was very happy with the service we got while there. I will likely use SLC Indie Campers again. The water tank did leak, as did the pipe for grey and black water, which wasn’t too pleasant. However, not only would I use Indie Campers again, but I have already recommended them to friends who have also used the service.

En oppvaskskål for bruk på campingplasser eller plugg for en i bobil Atlas 5 var utmerket. Flott plass spesielt når det regner. Det var et lurt å bare stoppe og parkere hvor som helst som litt for stor for de fleste parkeringsplasser, men vi klarte det.

Receiving the RV with full fuel would be much appreciated and easier to manage when returning the vehicle. The RV lived up to our expectations, everything worked perfectly and the 6 of us had a wonderful week! The RV battery got charged while we were driving and also thanks to the solar panels. Once we stopped, it lasted for about 6/7 hours, so we didn't need the generator but to use the microwave. Overall, it was a great experience!

Å motta bobilen med fullt drivstoff ville være mye verdsatt og enklere å håndtere når du returnerer kjøretøyet. Bobilen levde opp til forventningene våre, alt fungerte perfekt og vi 6 hadde en fantastisk uke! RV-batteriet ble ladet mens vi kjørte og også takket være solcellepanelene. Når vi stoppet, varte det i omtrent 6/7 timer, så vi trengte ikke generatoren men å bruke mikrobølgeovnen. Totalt sett var det en flott opplevelse!

None, everyone has been very kind and helpful and it was a great experience!! Perfect sized vehicle for two travelers (can't speak to having two others since it was just me and my partner) - was very roomy and well laid out and we had a blast going around two national parks and their respective RV campgrounds

maybe give more kitchen utensils to cook like a big pot, a salad bowl… the RV was perfect for 6 adults. even if it was our first RV trip, we quickly took control of the véhicule. the only inconvenient was the fridge that opened at every big turn 😅 otherwise, everything was perfect. no need to book a barbecue if you are going in national parks, all the sites have one. many thanks to the crew
