Phillip was great! Let me know the day before that I was able to start my trip early, which helped get my trip off to a solid start. Details tour of the van, and helpful advice Fantastic van, very well built and fun to drive. Great service by your team, a very well dialled operation!

Tørkehåndklær og oppvaskbørste/svamp manglet, grill og dusj var ikke tilgjengelig selv om de var bestilt som ekstrautstyr eller faktisk var inkludert i standardutstyret, innsjekkingspersonalet kunne ikke svare på alle spørsmål. Ellers var alt veldig enkelt, Jeepen var veldig ren og moderne og praktisk, vi var fornøyde! Enkel og rask retur, hyggelig personale, alt var fantastisk!

It would be nice if the vehicles were supplied full of fuel instead of having to go and fuel it ourselves before our trip. The vehicle could then be returned full at the end.

Det ville vært fint om kjøretøyene ble levert fulle av drivstoff i stedet for å måtte gå og fylle det selv før turen. Kjøretøyet kunne deretter returneres full på slutten.

The local team, especially Kate, was great and went way above and beyond. They made the experience worth it and I would do it again. One issue is I ended up paying for an early pickup at 10am when it turned out that it wasn’t necessary. The local team had it ready and was at work for me at 9am so I didn’t need to pay a fee for early pickup as I was made to believe online. I would really appreciate that early pickup fee to be refunded because it wasn’t necessary and caused me to spend money unnecessarily. Other than that I was happy with the service. Thanks Window sensor for heater had an issue but was able to be fixed. And there was an unnecessary fee for early pickup

We had a great time, the van was clean, easy to use & travel in. If your a 2 person traveller the 2 double bed is a bit annoying & you have to take it with the 2 beds. We had an issue with the anti frost system, but received help through the live chat a couple of times & it seemed to fix itself . Thank you

Excellent support at checking in. The Indie representative stayed late to meet us after our late flight. He explained everything about the camper extremely well and was very helpful.

Phil at check in was very friendly and helped with providing internet for money transfer etc. The checkin felt quite rushed and could imagine feeling very confused overwhelmed if i hadn’t used a van for travel before. There were some scrunched up sheet in one of the cupboards, I was unsure if these were used on not so left them there. Otherwise the cabin was very clean. Nil pan for cooking, nil spatula or scissors. The only utensil was a wooden spoon with a pot. Left hand side burner lighter was not working from checkin - required manual lighting. Screen slider for side access was bolted open and hence couldn’t be used. Overall a very positive experience with the staff and this van. A few things required ironing out with some inside stocking and usability issues. Katie was amazing at check out and dropped me to the airport! Great sized bed and plenty of storage inside. All the facilities worked incredibly well, and I found the vehicle super easy to drive.

This was the perfect camper for our mini round trip around the Northern Island of New Zealand. Thank you team:-) We travelled with the four of us; 2 adults + 2 children and this campervan was perfect to use for the trip! It has everything we needed.

I had the pleasure of working with Marciano and the manager Philip. They were both incredibly professional and even stayed late when I couldn't make my pickup time. I wish I could give them a higher rating than it allows. Everything was so good! A few more cleaning pad for the toilet would have been usefull. Like I said before, everything was perfect! We will come back and explore more of NZ!!

Better online communication. The team in Christchurch were awesome to deal with just seemed unfair to expect them to be on hand 24/7. The linen situation wasn’t sufficient for winter. We ended up buying our own duvet and linen. Our camper was perfect for two. Was a great size for having everything we needed while still being small enough to never struggle with parking. This came in handy in places such as Queenstown where parking can be problematic. The van was great on power and fuel efficiency. We spent far less on fuel than we originally thought. Was really warm with the onboard heater. Will definitely use indie camper Christchurch again!

The workers at Indie were helpful upon pick-up and drop-off. Even gave me a lift back to airport for flight.

We had an excellent trip using Indie Campers. Everything went really smoothly. The app works brilliantly. Thank you for everything!

Overall experience was really good and team went above and beyond to help where needed The whole experience was really good. The Van was in good condition and was good for the whole trip, really smooth and easy to drive for a quite larger vehicle. Customer service was top tier.

Give travelers a review of spare tire kit/procedure. Fortunately didn’t need it but realized part way through trip I didn’t know where things were. It may have been mentioned but I missed it. Thanks to Mars in Christchurch for getting us on our way and the Auckland team for checking us back in!

Everything was great! We loved everything about our experience with IndieCampers! The van is amazing and having heating was particularly good for our winter trip. The team were super helpful and we had everything we needed.

The cleanliness wasn’t as good as the one we rented in the South Island. A larger coffee pot would be ideal for 2 people. Include a phone holder for the pop top. It’s a small expense but meant that we wouldn’t have had to have bought one ourselves. Had a great time. The only complaint was with customer service struggles trying to claim a refund on a rogue service charge. That’s nothing to do with the depot, only reflects badly on the company.

Better quality of the beddings would be an improvement. The whole process was smooth and with very friendly and helpful people. Specially the service from Kash at check out in Auckland was great. Also the team in Christchurch did an amazing job by getting us on the road with some great tips.

On the website show what kind of surf board you’re renting, I used it twice then just rented hard tops instead, other than that no complaints I had a super fun time my only complaint would be I would have liked to know what kind of board I was getting

Had a great trip around the North Island with our Indie van. Loved the Untilate freedom to go with a loose plan and change up on the fly with weather or other interests coming along. Thanks for the fab experience with a competent and complete van!
