Vehicle model was perfect - and staff excellent, a but disappointing about outside of vehicle, but no big deal. No complaints - all good. A great weekend away booked last minute - very easy and helpful staff.

Everything was great. Van was as described. Vehicle was as described and worked very well. Thank you Alex for your great service.

Group chat struggled to get hold of depot, so when I had an issue they finally gave me the depot email and they were very supportive. Excellent service from MCR depot directly Great campers, great service. Well looked after. We had a great time.

Our first time motorhome stay. Alex gave clear instructions on every feature of the vehicle. Excellent service. Everything was good. Matched our expectation.

Everything was great! Only thing we would have loved is if we could have extended the trip and got extra miles once we realised we would be driving it for longer. Other than that the van was great and had everything you could need. Thanks ! Great van perfect for road trips small or large. We had ours for a month and it’s sad to let it go. No real room for improvement from my perspective other than offering different sized gas bottles might work better for some trips. Alex and Lauren were fantastic support for the trip from start to finish! Couldn’t fault his work ethic towards customers. Vehicle was great to drive

No improvements, van was amazing and all the facilities onboard Easy service with a great van, no issues and was able to take us from Manchester all around Scotland with ease

Indie campers was perfect, the only addition I would make is to add a step to get down from the vehicle itself. On the whole the experience was superb. The whole experiment was super efficient & well worth the money spent.

Euro plug needed! Great vehicle, perfect and spacious. Easy to drive!

Nous n'avons pas reçu le contrat signé par mail suite à la prise du véhicule. Le véhicule correspondait parfaitement à ce que nous avions réservé.

A couple of bits of damage were not on the contract / diagram but did not cause us any problems - only problem we did encounter was trying to find a phone number to contact while on our trip Great size and lots of storage space for little bits and bobs, shower got very hot which was lovely on the north coast of Scotland

I am happy with the vehicle and the local staff has tried their best to help, and I am very disappointed generally with Indie Campers after having had a road traffic accident which slighly scratched a lower part of the vehicle and being charged for this despite the premium insurance. It is understandable that some areas of the vehicle are excluded from the premium insurance as it relates to careful driving practices however a road traffic accident should not be falling under this category. The fresh water - which we'd been told was full - ran out very quickly, leading us to use bottled water as we were parked where there were no power or water hook-ups. When we emptied the grey water - which we were told was empty - it took ages and was clearly much more than we'd used. Same with the toilet cassette. It didn't completely spoil our trip but not being able to use the toilet was a problem. It should've been sorted before we picked up the van. But I'm pretty sure we'd hire from Indie Campers again, The campervan was a great choice for our weekend and provided pretty much everything we needed (see earlier comments). I'd recommend allowing plenty of time for pick up and drop off as it might be busy. The staff in the Rochdale office were really friendly and helpful.

Nothing really, my experience with the staff was great! Our vehicle was great. We had 4 blokes on the larger side in there and there was plenty of room! We were really impressed with the functionality and size of all the beds.

Abbiamo modificato l’orario della riconsegna del van e non ci è stato fatto il rimborso dell’extra orario che avevamo già pagato in sede di prenotazione. Inoltre la pulizia interna del van non era buona. Abbiamo trovato cassetti sporchi, frigo che puzzava e pezzi di plastica e polvere in terra. Complessivamente l’esperienza è stata ottima. Presenti nel kit lenzuola e piumone, così come pentole, piatti e bicchieri. Comode le 4 pastiglie del wc chimico ma non bastano per l’intera vacanza. Abbiamo acquistato un liquido in un negozio specializzato in loco.

To me all good. All good and confortante. Good service. Second time for me and I will do again soon
