Alt var flott. Turen var veldig bra. Jeg kommer tilbake igjen. Bare en liten del av turen da jeg skrapte bilen min med varebilen mens jeg sto på parkeringen. Everything was great. The trip was very good. I will come back again. Just a small part of the trip when I scratched my car with the van while I was in the parking. Enkelt kjøretøy å kjøre og leve med, litt fiksing for å holde visse elementer. Men til syvende og sist en interessant opplevelse. Fint lag, ikke vanskelig
Véhicule facile a conduire et a vivre, quelques bricolages pour tenir certains éléments. Mais finalement expérience intéressante. Équipe sympa, pas difficile

Etter å ha depottelefonnummeret for å koordinere henting av kjøretøy med sjefen, ble vi virkelig stresset over å ikke kunne kommunisere ankomsttiden vår direkte over telefon. Sen innsjekking egentlig for dyrt. Marco Polo-varebilen er veldig fin, lettkjørt og godt lagt.
Avoir le numéro de téléphone du dépôt pour coordonner la prise en charge du véhicule avec le responsable, nous avons été vraiment stressés de ne pas pouvoir communiquer l’heure de notre arrivée en direct par téléphone. Late check in vraiment trop cher. Le van Marco polo est vraiment agréable, se conduit facilement et bien agencé.

Partie un peu endommagée pour le toit de tente mais très bon accueil sur place. Assistance un peu longue par messagerie mais nous avons réussi à nous débrouiller.

Maybe a newer radio- neither of our phones were compatible with Bluetooth. Or else supply aux cable We had a great trip camping with our 10 month old baby. Had all the space we needed and had a wonderful trip!

Unfortunately i had to swap a van due to mechanical issue. The staff at lyon(where i was made to swap) was overwhelmed with work and was unable to clean the van before handing it over to me. If i didnt clean the van myself (including emptying the black and grey water and refilling all the tanks) i would have been another three hours at the depot (9pm) after driving all day to sway the vans. Very responsive to answer via whats app when there was an issue in the middle of my rental. Checkout staff in paris provides excellent service. Van was enjoyable to live in for 6 weeks. Thank you.

New van lacked outdoor table and chairs, fuel tank was empty, and interior/exterior could have used some cleaning. Box with cooking dishes had dead insect life (significant insect larvae) and was missing a spatula/knives)

The guy I dealt with at the Lyon depot was professional and very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and my Marco Polo van was immaculate. I will be highly recommending Indie Campers to my friends and family in Australia and New Zealand.

Expérience globalement satisfaisante avec Indie campers. Quelques bémols sur l'état du camping car qui bien que récent, présentait quelques défauts (poignée de porte qui reste dans la main, lit télescopique bloqué, supports de fenêtres cassés). Propreté ok sans plus. Service client réactif. Je recommande.

Les dégats en anglais
L'intérieur à pas mal de petits défauts: store cassé, robinet qui fuit, gaz non brulé complétement.
Aucun gros travaux mais de petits détails qui pertubent le voyage Le voyage s'est très bien déroulé et les différents tutos font que l'on est autonome et que l'on gère facilement les fonctionalités.
Même avec zéro pépin/casse, on était un peu inquiet sur le check out car le processus n'est pas super limpide.

Check in person was very helpful and instructive. The Marco Polo was a fantastic option for us, even in the winter. We had a mix of van camping and hotels, which made the Marco Polo convenient.
We chose to sleep on the seat bed, and not the pop-up bed, due to temperatures at it worked great. The shape of the chairs is not *perfect* as a bed, but hey we're van camping. We used the mattress from the pop-up for added comfort.
The Marco Polo can fit in any parking spot, making for great ease of travel. The kitchenette worked fantastically and we were comfortable. Plan ahead on your stops to make transitions and cooking easy.
