Everything was perfect! Very easy process! Perfect for finding the empty beaches and beautiful little towns between the cities. Would 100% rent again!

Airport shuttle. Have a better checkip on the begining as there where features that we where not aware of. For a first time experience we totaly enjoyed the whole trip by van holiday.

Il Van non era troppo pulito al momento del check-in.
Aveva diverse parti già danneggiate o rotte, e il modello non era lo stesso nel video della prenotazione, sicuramente più vecchio.
Però nel complesso ha funzionato bene e il viaggio è stato piacevole.

De camper was prima. Alleen de kleine gordijntjes aan de zijkant dekte het raam niet goed af. Het zou wel fijn zijn als de camper afgeleverd wordt met een volle tank ipv een hele lege tank. Hele fijn camper om mee te reizen. Niet te groot en niet te klein. De medewerkers van Indie Campers zorgde er snel voor het inchecken en uitchecken.

Spiegare meglio l’utilizzo del frigorifero perché non è chiaro dalla vostra guida che anche al minimo, consuma molto per la batteria del VAN. Ottima esperienza, ci sono posti favolosi per dormire in Portogallo a contatto con la natura.

De accu was erg snel leeg en kon niet vol worden opgeladen, een gaspit werkte niet en we kregen geen bestek bij de camper maar daar hadden we volgens mij wel voor betaald. Overall service was really good, issues on the road were fixed quickly by the online assistance. Only little feedback was the smell of the fridge at the start of the trip and one of the stoves did not work. Everything else was great!

To be honest all was explain and provided very well and the team super sympathetic. The only thing I need to point is that the fridge was not working properly so we had always to be looking after it, otherwise it would beep and then it was not provided a gas bottle so we had to be looking for a gas bottle with that fitting, a bit time consuming. All the rest good and super good to do this trip. I believe it’s much easier to manuever than it looks, however for two or three people it’s would be better to rent Nomad, however the Atlas is very comfy and has room to be inside, we were three or with six surfboards inside and could fit everything, the trick is to be organized.

The staff was wonderful! My only issue was that there were A LOT of instructions for how to manage the camper, we were shown once and tried to remember. It would have been best to have a small list or manual.
Things that would have been nice in the kitchen kit: coffee mugs, cups, paper towels/kitchen towel, containers to store extra food.
The fixtures for the window shades were broken so we could not close all the shades.
The bedding kit did not have enough bedding for someone who gets cold at night.
I think the service you provide is awesome, keep it up! I wrote earlier; the window shade latches were broken so we could not close all of them.

La Camper tenía todo lo imprescindible que se necesita para viajar. Sencilla, sin lujos, tampoco esperaba algo lujoso. La función la ha cumplido perfectamente. Nos explicaron lo necesario antes de salir y lo que no se explica pues se descubre. Es la primera vez que he viajado en camper en un viaje tan largo, y será que yo no necesito muchos lujo, pero no tengo queja.
El precio, comparando lo que hubiéramos gastado con un coche y durmiendo en hoteles desde Lisboa a Faro creo que acabas gastando lo mismo, pero la experiencia es única. Sin duda, volvería a reservar con Indie campers.

Check that everything works before the pick up, for ex our water tanks cap was loose and felt, all the cabins did not open, sink was leaking a bit. :) Suitable for two person perfectly :)
