It was perfect!! It was amazing, so fun!

Wipers were old and did not wipe, also the hand break was not holding the truck up. We enjoyed the flexibility of the team, and also the fact they offered us the possibility to take some items from previous rental and that was cost saving and very helpful. On the whole it was a good experience This is a good camper,it has small capacity of water and limited battery but if you use camping it is fine

There’s a few interior damages at the end of the season but it all worked great generally. Mechanically sound and the check out and check in staff were very friendly. The vehicle was great for the two of us, we used the roof to sleep which meant there was plenty of space for cooking, spending time in the van generally. Easy to drive, even through narrow streets and winding roads.

Both the staff at check in and check out Mateo and Enrique were super helpful and friendly!! The camper was the perfect size. It was modern and had all commodities. Check in and check out was easy, mateo and Enrique were amazing!

Pick up and drop off were both very easy and the van was great! We had a really fantastic trip from Venice driving up to the Dolomites. Enrique and Marta were really helpful with everything at pick up and drop off and so friendly. The van was nice and clean and ready for our trip. The essentials kit was everything we needed. We will be using indie campers again! Thank you so much

Ecco il mio feedback x essere veramente top! Una scopa con manico un po' più lungo , un secchio x lo scolo delle acque grige e mettere un forfait x l'Adblue dal momento che ne ho dovuto comprare una tanica da 10L ( distributori con pompa Adblue non sono molto preesenti) Ottimo servizio in generale ed eccellente accoglienza del team, carica di passione ed interessata a migliorare i servizi chiedendo nel dettaglio se tutto ha funzionato correttamente. Processo di check in e check out veloce ed efficiente👍🏻

La van funcionò muy bien. Las chicas estaban dispuestas a ayudar en los inconvenientes. La unica cosa que me parecio mal fue la limpieza del interior y exterior, podria mejorarse. Gracias! Yes everything it was amazing!

Hi. Nice vehicle and very helpful people at the pick up place. We booked for an early pick up at 07:30. But did not leave until 09:30 after a member of staff arrived at 9 ( I paid extra for the early pick up, so not that great.) Communicating on the phone with the remote team was not easy. I am not English and neither are they, so our accents caused confusions and frustration over the phone. I tried the live chat, as my writing and reading is better than my speacking. The live chat is slow to quick in and to go back and for in communication the staff on the phone (Fiza) was good, despite our different accents she remained patient and polite, welldone and thank you good job. The email option is my preferred option for no urgent messages. The reply was done within a few hours so it's very good. Things to improve. Office to open by 7:30 or 8 o'clock so we can pick up or give keys from someone in person. Or not having to pay extra if using remote pick up. Drop off was much easier. Photos of the van sent by email. Leaving the key on the sun visor didn't feel safe to me but as no staff was there at 08:00 we had no choice. We had a great time tho so thank you Good working vehicles. Clean and all bits were working, some vehicle are older than others so expect normal "damage", like seat discoloration and stains from use. Take photos of everything you think before you leave, or email as soon as you can when you spot something so it is noted on an email. I.e: we did not have cups or glasses in our cooking box, only realised the following morning, I emailed the support email so it was reported missing not lost by us. It took me time to get use to the automatic gear box, DO NOT PRESS THE BRAKES WITH YOUR LEFT FOOT. ITS SCARY. The semi automatic works brilliant on the hills. It gives a smoother driving. Indie campers staff were great, the remote pick up was not a smooth as it could because of foreign accents, mine and theirs. We were delayed leaving the pick up place by 2h, so the extra cost for early pick up was waisted but all other communication were good and quick to respond. Will use Indiecampers again. Now I know their routine

It's a brilliant service , just maybe include bed lining as standard , it's a bit much having it as an extra , it's surely a necessity, thanks , Liam. It worked perfectly

We were provided with a bedding package that we paid for that was missing many parts of what was promised. The pick up process took about two hours and could have been streamlined. Other than that our trip with indie was good

The cleaning inside the cabins and the Windows were not excisting 🙄 But the car and staff is very good 😁 We loved the trip 🥰

Es wäre besser wenn man eine direkte Telefonnummer zum Service vor Ort hätte, nicht nur der Chat. Kundenservice in der deutschen Sprache wäre gut. Für Italien war das Fahrzeug gut, da die Straßen eng waren.
