Loa was incredible and helped us out with local tips, great campsites and gave overall friendly, fun service! Although for the time of year the Duster was a little cold and better bedding equipment is necessary to avoid freezing temperatures and potential sickness! Don’t recommend using this vehicle after September!! Although the car was great even in the snow and ice, it was extremely cold at nights and the tent froze open several times! The team at the Iceland depot are incredibly friendly, and offered many helpful tips and tricks, but plan getting there well or budget for an expensive taxi as it is quite hard to reach.

The van was great, only downside was that the heating wouldn’t work longer than a couple hours unless the van was plugged into electricity. Also the drop off times could be later in the day since you still have to pay for that day and there’s no time do anything before 10am (without paying extra for a late drop off). Also I think more kilometres should be included as even with the 200kms per day it’s still not enough to do the ring road. Probably tell people how to put it in reverse also because that was something I’ve never seen before and couldn’t figure out without help unfortunately. Overall everything was great though haha thank you

Une option avec un kilométrage à 250km/jour ou 300km/jour sera la bienvenue et boites de rangement un peu plus petite/ pour le rangement la nuit. Bonne experience en general, mais ils semble que d'autres alternatives auraient pû mieux nous convenir, notamment avec un petit Van 4x4.

Without auxiliary heater to cold in the night,
Lane keeping assistant was annoying( could turn it off)
To less space for luggage
Definitely not for 4 people if you all like to sleep in the car
4x4 would be better in Island but it was all also possible with 4x2
Assembly and dismantling of the bad inside the car was difficult especially if it’s raining It was an amazing experience with the car to explore Iceland especially the nature !!! Would do it again with a bigger car in summer

-Interior cleaning could have been way better (found a pair of socks as some old food inside). For the price paid, a bit disappointed
-Taking a bit more time during the check-in process to make sure the clients have understood the functionalities of the vehicle The camper was functional, we spent good holidays in it. However the cleaning at the check in as well as the staff assertivity could have been better. Check out process really good and quick. Overall we would recommend this company and experience.

No recibí duvet en mi bedding kit por error y pasamos mucho frío. Excelente camper todo funcionaba solo cometieron un error con las sábanas almohadas y duvet en donde no me lo mandaron. Recomiendo checar cuando reciban el camper que todos los extras estén correctos.

Road assistance accessibility Fiat nomad model suits best in a family of 4. It was easy to navigate as well. For best experience, I believe that you must love and enjoy going for camping for you to enjoy a campervan experience.

Maybe put some "Watch your head! " sign and the toolbox location clearly marked. If only the two of you would like to travel around Iceland, you should choose the 2 person van because the double bed will just be in the way. :D

It’s good, if we have an airport pickup and drop. Because we have to pay extra to connect. Our Bluetooth speaker didn’t work the whole trip. Otherwise, the van is pretty good to drive even for the first time drivers Positives: Interior, drive and experience
Negatives: No pickup and drop at the airport

Nuestra experiencia ha sido buena, si que es verdad que sería bueno dar la furgo en excelentes condiciones, ya que hemos ido con la luz del faro izquierdo fundida, no nos ha retrasado en nuestro viaje pero si que podríamos haber aprovechado más las noches conduciendo. Nuestra experiencia ha sido buena!

Staff at Pick-up centre is fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Our car was very clean. We are overall very satisfied. Our only complaint is the driver assists in the car. The lane keep assist is more dangerous than it is safe, as it pulls on the steering wheel as you meet oncoming traffic and does not let you have full steering control or feel for sometimes more than 10 seconds. This feature is annoying and dangerous and should be turned off.

We had to wait 2 hours at the check in before we can get the car. The rest was perfect. The vehicle with the tent is really perfect for good weather. When its windy or too cold, that's more difficult. I would recommend this type of vehicle only during the summer season.

Tout correspondait à nos attentes. Le van est aménagé comme un camping-car. Merci à vous. Van confortable, le chauffage est un vrai plus dans un pays où il gèle facilement.

Einige Schäden an der Einrichtung, aber nichts dramatisches. Der linke Gasherd funktionierte nicht, daher konnte man nur immer einzeln kochen. Ansonsten alles ganz angenehm. Durch Dieselheizung wurde nur sehr wenig Gas verbraucht. Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Trotz einiger Schäden war alles ganz gut. Schließlich ist es Campen und nicht Luxushotel. Funktionierender Tempomat wäre aber super gewesen.

Tout était bien excepté la bonbonne de propane supplémentaire demandée qui n’y était pas. J’attends le retour du paiement fait pour celle-ci. Nous avons eu notre vr 2h plus tard que demandé mais l’équipe en avait plein les bras et ils ont fait ce qu’ils pouvaient.

Everything was great except the line up at pickup. Our pickup was scheduled for 2:30pm and we did not leave the camper office till 3:45pm. Daniel was doing his best to manage all the requests but would be great to have more staff especially when you have visibility into number of scheduled pick ups. Had a great experience with the camper and it was as expected
