The interior was cleaned decently, but before we left we gave it a thorough wipe ourselves (drawers, mattresses) and found the surfaces to be quite dirty. Also underneath the matresses quite a lot of dirt / sand. Not the end of the world, but hygiene could be a bit better. Other than that, perfect van. Was impressed by the mileage. Will recommend. Tuvimos que recurrir a la atención al cliente por WhatsApp y no fue de mucha utilidad. Luego los comunicamos por el chat 24/7 de la web y sí pudieron ayudarnos. Muy buena opción para recorrer el sur de Portugal.

We were 2 people in a 4 sleeper Ducato. The upper bunk was annoying and in the way. A long wait at check-out. Thank goodness there were other friendly like minded campers to talk to. 😊

Great team at the branch we used. Very helpful. The pillows were awful though and the bedding kits were expensive. We assumed one kit was enough for the number of people but had to pay another €80 euros on arrival Great team. Great experience.

Agradeço imenso pelos serviços desde a reserva quanto na entrega, Muito Boas lembranças dos passeios a bordo e fora tbm. Recomendo!!! Algumas tomadas não funcinaram, e umas das escotilhas a cortina estava com furos nada grave.

Cleanliness needs to be improved. The fridge does not work well, maximum duration at an optimal temperature is 5 hours. In our camper it would have been useful to have the mini computer where we could see the amount of energy present and also the amount of water.

Fidèle cliente chez Indie Campers tout s’est très bien passé. Rodrigo a été la à l’arrivée et au départ, très consciencieux et prévenant, il a répondu à mes questions et m’a très bien conseillé. Je recommande 😁 Le véhicule était très bien. Si vous souhaitez visiter les villes et villages il est un peu grand mais ça passe. Top d’avoir le confort d’une maison ou qu’on soit. 😉

Tinha uma expetativase devido ao valor pago pensava que ia ter uma carrinha toda bonita mas ela estava um pouco destruida por fora. Por dentro estava um pouco melhor mas mesmo assim poderia estar melhor. Mas de qualquer fora adoramos a experiência o Rodrigo Santos foi super amável e prestável. Experiência muito boa.

The team of two workers on the day of the check-in were very nice but had too much to do so we had to wait a long time. We were nicely compensated by getting some extras for our trouble. To avoid long waiting times we would recommend some more workers at least the weekends. The Camper was very well thought out and practical. With two people the van was a perfect size and the pop top was a nice place to chill in the evenings. The overall experience was very positiv and after getting acostumed with the ins and outs of the van very easy to use.

More flexibility with check-in fee.
Good support during the trip! The pop-top is very cozy and comfortable.
We recommend picking a camper with pop-top!

It seemed it had the external shower from the information while renting
The cutlery was to clean before the use and it would be good to find it ready to be used
The mechanisms of the seats, of the little movable roof and of the inside table were really hard to use. The inside table was impossible to be opened after one day.
Good! But there is possibility to improve!

The van was mechanically sound and clean, we had a lovely time. The staff at Faro was fantastic. However it was small things that could really have made a huge difference. Firstly the indoor lights - only 1 worked. Secondly no teaspoons. BUT the big one was the ripped screen over the roof vent that was ripped on one and had no knob to open it on the other. We tried to wedge the screen up but we were absolutely eaten alive by mosquitos. Bye the 6th day my husband was sick from all of the bites. That was really an unnecessary low point. Thank you for the easy check out option. We enjoyed our experience except for the ripped vent screen and mosquitoes

Great service checking in to the camper. Some of the accessories eg windows, gas, some of the cupboards were broken. But apart from that it was friendly service It was hard to navigate roads with how big our camper was. In hindsight I would get a smaller option

The collection was easy with friendly staff, very helpful. There were a few damaged bits in the van, including no flush for the toilet but we notified the team and they replied straight away. Overall we absolutely loved the van and would recommend indie campers to all!

Die Rückgabe hat sehr lange gedauert, da alle gleichzeitig angegeben haben. Das könnte entzerrt werden. Für 4 Personen war der Camper ideal. Im Hubbett kann auch ein großer Mensch super schlafen. Die Betten waren etwas hart, aber nach paar Tagen gewöhnt man sich daran.

Todo bastante correcto. A los problemas que hemos tenido con el vehiculo nos los solventaron antes de hacer la entrega. Personal muy majo y agradable. Vehículos no limpios en la entrega, encontramos cosas de usuarios anteriores.

Super goede ervaring gehad! Het imitatie wat we kunnen bedenken is dat een extra beddengoed fijn zou zijn. Verder super leuke weken gehad en bedankt voor alles. Super ervaring gehad met Indie campers! Zou het iedereen aanraden. Wij waren weg voor 2 weken en was nog te kort.
