We hebben fijne weken gehad in de camperbus , beetje jammer dat ik de band steeds moest oppompen ivm hij langzaam leegliep voor de rest prima bedrijf en goede service 👍🏻

We collected the van on Saturday 21st December there were a few people waiting before us we felt so sorry for the lady that was doing the check ins as she was alone and had to deal with everyone when it was our turn to check in she explained that a colleague had not turned up for work and she was alone having to do everything by herself she had even worked through her lunch break taking all this into account she was still very pleasant and helpful. We had a good week in the van there were a few very minor issues but nothing major all in all it was a good experience . We then dropped the van off on the 28th the same lady was there to check us out and again was very pleasant she remembered us and checked we had a good time again she was on her own doing everything we asked why this was she said the same colleague had not turned up again she didn’t complain and did her job brilliantly well done Angela Faro branch should be very proud of you

Angela was super vriendelijk en hielp ons heel goed bij het terug brengen van onze camper. Het was een super mooie reis.Het ophalen (niemand ter plaatste en geen service) kon beter

We had a great month long trip with our new 7 month old boy. Everything went smooth and the camper was great!

Really nice team. I doubt about recommending to rent a van in general though, because it can become quite costly if you’re not used to one - accidents can arrive quite fast and unexpectedly.

bij aankomst was niemand aanwezig; we moesten via adobe app onze documenten uploaden; online was dit, ondanks talloze pogingen, niet gelukt. Uiteindelijk kregen we code voor het sleutelkastje. Geen verdere instructies. Gastankje was leeg. Verder was de bus super. Bij terugbrengen werden we goed te woord gestaan en geholpen. Mooi busje, zeer comfortabel

Obwohl nicht den Van den wir gebucht hatten, erhalten haben, sind wir zufrieden, da wir ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen haben. Die Kommunikation über Chatbot, WhatsApp und Kontaktformular war nicht gut, da wir hin und her geschickt wurden. Der Nomad war für uns (2 Personen) ideal. Er fuhr zuverlässig und die Einrichtung ist super.

Just a suggestion, maybe it would help to indicate the height of the vehicle in clear sight of the driver. Maybe with a sticker on the windshield or something. It would take away any doubts when reading way signs. Also, some leveler ramps would have come in handy for us. Thank you all so much for your service. Loved the camper!

Nomad poptop 5 estrelas, impecável para viagens longas, literalmente uma casa sobre rodas! Casa de banho interior bastante útil tendo em conta as condições atmosféricas, carrinha super confortável, perfeita para quem procura uma aventura sobre rodas em ótimas condições!

De camper was very functional, but very used (old), like for instance ripped front seating. It gave a quite shabby look. We were very pleases about the office in Faro, who handled everything very well.

Wir haben den frühesten Flug gebucht um die soviel wie möglich Zeit in Portugal auszukosten. 15 min vor angegebene Abholzeit in Faro waren wir vor Ort - nach über 1,5 h Wartezeit bekamen wir einen Camper, der minimalistisch geputzt wurde. Der Van allgemein war noch sehr staubig und der Boden verdreckt, das Badezimmer war sehr dreckig (Spiegel war fleckig, das WC war NICHT sauber, Haare lagen am Boden im Waschbecken und sogar in den Schränken) es waren sogar noch Lebensmittel in den Schränken und der Kühlschrank war auch bedingt gesäubert.... auch das Geschirr...Wir mussten zuerst nochmal alles putzen und waschen um uns wohlzufühlen. Sehr schade. Ein Mann der uns den Van gezeigt hat war aber äußerst freundlich. Die Dame war nicht besonders freundlich beim Check-out. Die Rückgabe allgemein war eher unkompliziert. Ich bin vollkommen okay damit, dass das Grau- und Schwarzwasser von Mieter ausgeleert wird aber ich würde es super finden, wenn Indie-Camper vor Ort Möglichkeiten dafür anbieten würde. Das ein oder andere Gebrechen (Schublade fiel bei Kurven immer raus, Fliegennetz bei der Schiebetür war kaputt) war schon vorhanden. Alles in Allem war das Camper-Erlebnis an sich echt super!

Geschirr war nicht sauber Einweisung in dem Camper vom Personal Hat alles gepasst für den Road Trip

Automatic would be nice next time. Ad blu and washer fluid was missing The pillows were very old and fleet Good experience, we will return another time

The staff at indie campers Faro was so nice

The interior was cleaned decently, but before we left we gave it a thorough wipe ourselves (drawers, mattresses) and found the surfaces to be quite dirty. Also underneath the matresses quite a lot of dirt / sand. Not the end of the world, but hygiene could be a bit better. Other than that, perfect van. Was impressed by the mileage. Will recommend. Tuvimos que recurrir a la atención al cliente por WhatsApp y no fue de mucha utilidad. Luego los comunicamos por el chat 24/7 de la web y sí pudieron ayudarnos. Muy buena opción para recorrer el sur de Portugal.

Less wait time during check-out process

We were 2 people in a 4 sleeper Ducato. The upper bunk was annoying and in the way. A long wait at check-out. Thank goodness there were other friendly like minded campers to talk to. 😊

Great team at the branch we used. Very helpful. The pillows were awful though and the bedding kits were expensive. We assumed one kit was enough for the number of people but had to pay another €80 euros on arrival Great team. Great experience.

Agradeço imenso pelos serviços desde a reserva quanto na entrega, Muito Boas lembranças dos passeios a bordo e fora tbm. Recomendo!!! Algumas tomadas não funcinaram, e umas das escotilhas a cortina estava com furos nada grave.

Cleanliness needs to be improved. The fridge does not work well, maximum duration at an optimal temperature is 5 hours. In our camper it would have been useful to have the mini computer where we could see the amount of energy present and also the amount of water. For the rest it was a great experience !!!
