Great campervan!

The host was the BEST! So helpful and friendly!

Excellent local team! Including towels & dish cloth in kits would be great add.

So the camper itself was great, very spacious and the main bed was very comfortable! The vehicle had a great litre/km ratio too so only had to fill up a handful of times! Couple of bits though, a bin needs to be built into one of the presses near the cooker/microwave etc. and a few black bags provided, bit of a pain having the bring smaller items like bottles, packaging etc. to outdoor bins! Also, never received a hose for refilling the clean water or the grey water so had to purchase them myself, not ideal, especially after asking for it on pick up multiple times! The last one was the vehicle switch, while it didn't matter too much for the trip, getting an email the night before our travels the vehicle i had booked months ago was no longer available and got changed to a cheaper vehicle! (No refund received yet)

Maybe a few extra plates! Super experience, perfect for a family of 3 for 8 days.

Better communications with the NZ team Great engine and drive, the insides were a bit worn. Grey water valve fell off after two days, I replaced it

Local team were great, easy pickup and drop off all nicely streamlined. Great trip. Van was great, a mirror somewhere would have been handy!

We would much appreciate a brief advices, recommendations on a road trip trough the east coast in Australia as we were foreigners (Spanish) and it was our first time in the country : for example, some recommendations on good campgrounds, toilets, dump stations, how to found them … . Also there where some minor issues on the van that we discovered during the trip, but as it was quite good at all, we didn’t regret. The only thing , as I explained to the depot staff on the arrival, has been to air ventilation on the roof, it was not good isolated and the cold entry during the night … and it was cold. And also we spent 4h on our second day replacing the battery as it was not good and it went empty after the first night. And also we have had to spent 350$ aprox to fix it (that will be reimbursed).

The pick up and drop off process was a breeze. The inside had a few spots with dust that needed a wipe down. The video that you can scan on the QR code on the windshield was very helpful in getting use to all the appliances.
