The fridge was off, water wasnt on heat - I assumed these would be on. Maybe have a list of a few key areas - like "Top 10 How To Checklist":
Fridge, Gas, Water, Internal Aircon/Heating etc
Otherwise Belgium depot was superb - thanks guys The fuel tank was not full - so I had to return vehicle with it not being full but did not know how much to fill - ended up filling too much. Also double painful as i was charged (fairly of course) for additional KM!! So paid twice

The service and attention were very good, some details in the van could have been improved to be incredible. One rear light and one front light did not work and that makes a difference on the road at night. Even so, I will continue to trust in indie campers, it was my second experience. Thank you very much.

The man needs to explain the gas situation better. Also we were told 3 o'clock pick up we arrived at 2 and he was just leaving and said not coming back till 4. Luck we caught him otherwise we would have been waiting 4 hours. At return the people were very helpful.
We enjoyed our trip. In winter we would suggest a mattress protecter on the mattress as it is very cold with the thin sheet. We had to buy a blanket to put under the sheet. Maybe an extra blanket for on top in winter.
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and the van went well.

Excelente servicio en Bruselas. Felicitaciones.
En el almacén de Munich recibimos un pésimo trato por parte del Gerente de la oficina quien se portó irrespetuoso, burlándose de las preguntas que le hicimos sobre el funcionamiento de los sensores del tanque de aguas grises. Lamentable experiencia en Munich. Todo bien, salvo el maltrato recibido por el Gerente del equipo de Munich.
Excelente servicio en Bruselas. Felicitaciones.

Just small detailsCheck the any frozen valve, let it full of clean water, batteries fully loaded, gas can fully load before deliver the vehicle so as guest we can enjoy the vehicle from minute zero, instead of spend time looking for gas, or where to connect power to change batteries and load water.
