Very good handover service from Connor when we picked the vehicle up . Having an awning would be awesome and also maybe a courtesy transfer from pick-up / drop-off to the Airport would be an icing on the cake ! Overral a good experience . Will rent again !

The experience was fantastic, we don’t have any problem. The only thing that you can improve on is putting a small mirror inside the bathroom, nothing more. Thank you for the experience, was really fantastic. It couldn't have been better, the van we rented for two people was super comfortable and really easy to drive.

The car was like expected. The beed could be a bit more comfy in terms of sheets and so on. Sheets were clean but brand new ones out of the package are not really comfy.
Instructions has been good. Car has been good.
Thanks for a good time I didn’t really understand somethings. So I wasn’t able to switch of the light at the drivers seat while doors were open.

24/7 customer service was not helpful. Telling us different early pick up fee prices than was actually the price (30$ vs ~120$). And not helpful when we had a flat tire. Local staff was good. The pull out sun screen and LED light didn’t work properly. 24/7 hotline wasn’t helpful and didn’t get that we couldn’t get road side assistance on Fraser Island. A physical manual and instruction on how to exchange the tire would have been helpful. The vehicle itself was good though and we would probably recommend!

The outback is a very reliable van but the bed for a 6’3” person is not the best.

It was great :) The Jeep Wrangler was great. It had everything we needed for two people in such minimal space, which was so nice. Also, the guy who helped us check in and out was nice, but I didn’t get his name.

- The wander is a great van and ideal size for a family. Would be great to add to the listing that the table can be folded down and a porta cot can be put in its place. Good to know for parents wanting to travel with babies and don’t want to bed share

We loved our jeep and rooftop tent. Lovely for driving, so easy to set up at night time and very comfy. We can’t fault a single thing. Very good value, will definitely book with Indie Campers Brisbane again.. What a fab experience. Fab vehicle, fab experience. Great staff at Hurricane St Brisbane. Will def book agian. Thank you Indie Campers.

Very helpful and friendly team in Brisbane depot. They did everything they could to help with late pick up and drop off. Very good service but suggest picking up during normal hours to avoid complications.
