We had a great time with the Fiat Nomad for two months while traveling from Berlin to Scandinavia. We had a wonderful trip. The Nomad kept us cozy and warm during late fall. The team at Indie Berlin was super helpful. We also stopped by Indie Campers Oslo and they gave us recommendations for snow chains, propane refills and refilled our water. It was the perfect way to travel through Scandinavia!

Bassan and his colleague who received the return of the motorhome were extremely helpful and nice. We are definitely recommending to friends! Clean and new vehicle. It was our first time and everything was nicely explained. Very friendly customer service from Bassan and his colleague.

Overall it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely repeat it. The only thing that I'd suggest could be improved was the response time from the WhatsApp assistance. There was an issue with the water heater that took a while to be resolved. The van was so comfortable and easy to manage, I was surprised by how smooth it was to drive on the highway! The camping experience was excellent and most of the controls were easy to use, it just took some time to learn the ropes. I can't wait to plan my next roadtrip with Indie Campers.

The service from the local team was spectacular. They were very accommodating and made sure the vehicle was in tip top shape before our departure.
Things that could be improved:
- had to top up the Ad Blue shortly after departure. This should have been checked.
- awkward explaining to authorities (border police) why we did not have the original vehicle papers. We probably would not rent again without having the papers .

Be transparent on the additional costs. The price per night is really attractive but suddenly the total cost is more than doubled We took the safe and comfy options for this first experience in van. And everything went well. We'll do it again

Everything went very well, we had a lot of help from the local team to get the van, which by the way was in great condition and we were very satisfied.
The only information missing was about where and how to release the internal gas registers inside the van. We contacted the company by whatsapp, but the answers were not satisfactory, and although they started the service at the same time we started the conversation, this service was only continued the next day, and in that time we discovered the gas registers on our own, watching videos on youtube from other users, those from Indie Camper did not have the information we needed. The car had everything we needed for our trip

you could lower your prices somewhat. A good ides is to choose your level of comfort and how much you can spend as these are not cheap. We were happy with the smallest as easier to find parking in the ciy, smaller towns with narrow roads it's much better

Frontscheibe sollte wenigstens von innen und außen gereinigt sein, bei Fahrtantritt. Mehr deutschsprachiges Personal. Wer mit dem Flugzeug anreist, sollte auf die Zusatzoptionen achten. Basic zu dürftig, mussten einiges kaufen. Für uns hat es gepasst. Waren 6 Tage unabhängig unterwegs als Probetour.

Add a phone holder on the dash for safety reasons. Having to look down at the gps is a road hazard. Otherwise I loved my experience and would recommend anyone do it Road support was amazing. Everything about the experience is amazing

Toilet or Grey Water was smelly more or less during the whole trip, although we cleaned and emptied. Had some issues with correct cable/enough gas, but all in all, the van was a good start to try out our camping life. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, Personal hilfreich am Ort. Paar Hick-ups mit falschen Kabel, wenig Gas und altes Grauwasser, aber trotzdem alles gut geklappt!
